	nixpkgs-fmt is a tool to format nix code. This is the one the nix community seems to recommend (https://github.com/nix-community/nixpkgs-fmt) so I should use it. I'm installing this with Emacs because that's how I interact with this code, and I'll configure Emacs to use it for formatting the code.
