[bash] Update alias for `emacsclient`.
Change the default alias for EDITOR to not wait for Emacs (a new frame
is created with the file, and the shell is not waiting for the edit to
be done).
Rename the alias `em` to `et` (for "emacs terminal") to do a quick
edit.
